What if you DON’T get hired?

Pour your heart into your resume and interview…
Go all the way in the application process…
And STILL don’t get hired?
(First off, if you have someone unnecessarily casting doubt on every risk you take… they’re not in your corner, boo.)
If leaving teaching has taught me anything…
It’s that there is ONE guarantee you can always count on in any given situation.
It might take several months of taking gradually bigger risks — like I’ve been doing since I left teaching — before you get REALLY sure of it…
But it’s still a pretty solid guarantee nonetheless.
